Approximately 80% of all applications are carried out with (automatic) grinding machines, e.g. surface grinding, external cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, centreless grinding, double wheel grinding, etc. ‒ mainly for finishing, polishing, deburring and rounding.
Due to our long-standing experience in processing resins (since 1973), our specifications can be adapted very well to special requirements. Almost all users of ELKA Elastic have customised tools. The high development efforts at ELKA guarantee a consistent result and continual tool optimisation.
